New Energy At Midlife
Ralph Waldo Emerson said “the world belongs to the energetic.”
You may be telling yourself - I want to feel good again, I can’t afford the emotional roller coaster, I don’t want to wake up feeling tired and drained everyday.
When your partner and your team begin to feel that your energy levels are dipping, that you are dropping the ball, spacing out frequently and throwing out negative vibes, these are signs that you need new visions and new dreams that will propel new energy.
William Blake says “Energy is eternal delight.”
It takes a lot of energy and grit to succeed over a long haul, the voyage between midlife and old age requires extensive energy recharge.
You need a new recharge boost that will generate positivity and mental stamina.
Reactivate your energy by reading new literature, visiting new places, talking to new positive people, watching inspirational
documentaries, forgiving someone, forgiving yourself, connecting with family, eating the food you love or changing your schedules and patterns.
Look for what works for you and make sure you rekindle your passion and your energy.
Learn something new. Try something different. Convince yourself that you have no limits.
