Learning Is A Lifelong Process

Someone once asked me, 'How do you get time to read?' I answered him, 'How do you get time to eat?'

What are your priorities?

The modern day success-driven person must become a learning machine. Becoming an active student through various personally selected channels. Learning and innovation are good predictors of future success.

The arrogance of success is to think that what you did yesterday will be sufficient for tomorrow. It is important to set a faster pace of learning as the world around us is changing rapidly.

The challenge many people might have is defining education strictly by a diploma or a degree or lack thereof, but learning and education are rather lifelong daily experiences gleaned from events, exposures, travels, technology, conversations, resources and people. We must therefore consciously become aware that we are on a lifelong learning experience and consequently track the vital learning and change process.

Learning is not just another avenue of self-enrichment. The ultimate measure of learning should include a reproductive cycle and progressive results in different areas of life.

We live in a world of change. Change often stimulates learning and provides the opportunity to learn and adapt to new ways and patterns.

We can become active teachers, sharing our daily learning experiences and learning points, as teaching enhances the process of understanding.

It is important to develop a learning and self transition plan.

So what did you learn from today's experience?
