When Camilla was just a teenager, her parents separated. Her mother, heartbroken but resilient, chose to stay in Nigeria to continue her life and ministry. Camilla remained with her, but her younger sister was taken to Austria by her father. The separation was a blow to Camilla, who had always felt the weight of her father's absence.
Camilla’s upbringing was filled with the sounds of prayers and hymns, the church, and her mother’s consistent guidance.
